The Octagon Centre is located within the Sheffield City Centre, just 20 minutes by bus or tram from the train station or bus interchange.

Public Transport

Why not travel sustainably to the event? Frequent trains operate direct from London, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, with many other connections possible too. A short 10-15 minute bus or tram ride on the 120 or BLUE route then drop you next to the venue, these are all capped at a £3 single fare (discounted student fares are also available). You can use Google or Apple Maps to help here!

Alternatively, taxis can be hailed from the rank outside the station or using popular rideshare apps such as Uber or Bolt - expect this to take between 5-10 minutes and typically cost between £5-8.

Road Transport

If arranging private transport, the address above will take you directly to the venue. Please note, there is no parking available onsite at the venue. However, we are a short walk across the road from Q-Park Durham Road which is open 24/7 and offers a discounted weekend daily rate (currently £7), alternatively, the local residential area may have free on-street parking available.
